Our monthly Lass Your Aff Off! shows are guaranteed to put a smile on your face and keep you laughing long after the evening ends!  Located just off the 5 freeway in “The OC”, this venue seats up to 120 people so there isn’t a bad seat in the house.

On Saturday June 8^th we will officially welcome in summer at the Z Playhouse in Mission Viejo with one of the hottest shows in town! We’re happy to welcome back national headliner, the hilarious Frances Dilorinzo!

Frances is an international corporate comedian who proves intelligent women don’t have to be stuffy. She delivers a thought-provoking joke one moment and then an uninhibited physical punchline the next! Her comedy has taken her from one continent to another as a top performer on cruise lines including Celebrity, Norwegian, Royal Caribbean, Holland America and more! Her corporate performances are in high demand. Her television credits are numerous including appearances on NBC, CBS, ABC, LIFETIME, COMEDY CENTRAL, TLC, A&E and has millions of views on YouTube!

Also appearing at The Z for this comedy extravaganza is Vince Harper. Vince has come to the realization that things aren’t working out exactly as he’d planned… Someone stole his identity and actually raised his FICO score! He shares intimate thoughts that other Baby Boomers would never admit to as he examines his shortcomings and the reality of riding high on the trail of aging. Vince is the winner of Orange County’s Funniest Comedian Competition and has performed with such comedy greats as Jay Leno, Gary Shandling and George Lopez.

Also gracing our Lass Your Aff Off! stage in June will be funny man Steve Guentner!  Steve has performed at clubs throughout southern California, Dallas and parts of the Midwest, including the Comedy Store and Flappers in Los Angeles.  Steve also performs at corporate and private events as well. Also making his way back to the Z Playhouse will be Jefferson Jordan. Jefferson’s unique observations of daily life will have you laughing immediately!

Hosting this cavalcade of comedy is an OC favorite and the “King of One-Liners”, Barry Weisenberg. Barry is a past winner of the Las Vegas Comedy Festival and he has appeared at the Irvine Improv, the Brea Improv, the Hollywood Improv, the Comedy Store, the Laugh Factory, the Ice House, and tons of other comedy rooms and venues.

* The Z Playhouse showroom is located on the second floor of the building. Currently the only access available are stairs located on the outside of the building. No elevator access is available.

** Lineups may change up until show time. While this is highly unusual, it does happen occassionally due to last minute scheduling conflicts or other unforseen events.

*** All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Comedy is subjective and although we strive hard to bring you the funniest, top-notch comedians, some may push the boundries of your personal comfort zone so we suggest you check out their website first. While we don’t have a minimum age requirement for admission, most of our shows are Rated PG-13 as a rule and we would hope you would use your best judgement when purchasing tickets.
